Adele Smith - Principle

BA (hons) Dance Theatre, PGCE:Dance Education, RAD (RTS).  

Since graduating from Trinity Laban Conservatoire in 2009 Adele has been teaching and choreographing across London and Europe. Her teaching began in Cyprus at Free Flight Dance Studio, delivering classes in RAD ballet, AIDT jazz and tap, and hip hop. Here she also choreographed for the local pantomime and delivered workshops across the country to additional schools.


In 2013 Adele began teaching GCSE and A-Level dance in London, where she delivered AQA specifications as well as workshops in Cunningham technique, Graham technique, Release technique, American Jazz and hip hop.


During her time in London Adele was also involved in outreach projects with London schools and the English National Ballet, both as a participating school and an advisor for curriculum links during the development of educational resource packs. 


Adele is fully qualified from the Royal Academy of Dance to deliver RAD grades and majors, as well as delivering classes in jazz, contemporary and hip hop. Adele also has qualified teacher status with QTS and has an enhanced DBS check.
